A Kayak Camping Adventure in Guatemala

Ever wonder what it’s like to bring your dog on the adventure of a lifetime? Check out Rough on The Road’s kayak camping excursion on Lake Atitlan in Guatemala in this video. 9-month-old German Shepherd pup, Moxie, along with her two owners, Jessica and Greg take you past three large volcanoes on their trip! Not familiar with kayak camping? It is very similar to backpacking; but it provides access to explore bodies of water and instead of carrying equipment, it can be stowed within the kayak. Instead of walking or hiking, the kayak is used as a method to get from point A to point B. See their journey in the below video.
